Refund Policy

Our team makes their best effort to keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

Eligibility For Exchange/Replacement
    • Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@casewale.com
    • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
    • The product should not be used.
    • The protective film should not be removed.
    • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
    • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process. 
    • In case the desired product is not in stock or the customer does not want to exchange then he/she will be issued a credit note valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@casewale.com.
